If you are stuck behind a computer screen for most of the day, it is vital that you put some time aside for healthy outdoor stuff; it is very easy for a digital entrepreneur to end up with square eyes and we hope to offer you a few valuable hacks to ensure you live a healthy lifestyle.

  • Eye Care – Looking at your laptop screen for hours on end is definitely not good for the eyes (where would we be without them?) and we have a solution. Every 15 minutes, take your attention from the screen to a nearby window and look outside, which allows the eyes to refocus on things far away. Five minutes is all it takes, oh, and every 3 hours, go outside and take a short walk, you need it.

It can be tempting to skip the daily workout, but aside from rest days and special occasions, you should take the time to exercise, at the very least, once a day, preferably two.
  • Vitamin Supplements – If you are over 30, why not take a daily vitamin supplement? You have nothing to lose and if your diet lacks in any essential vitamins and minerals, the supplement will cover it, ensuring that your body has all the nutrients it needs for good health. If you get run down, your immune system will suffer and you could easily catch a cold or virus and taking an A-Z pill every day is the best protection.

The human being is incredibly resilient and by taking all of the above into account, you should be able to work most of the time, while ensuring wholesome organic food is in your diet.
